Shipping policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery Time:

    • Domestic: Managed by Dehlivery – typically 2-7 business days depending on your location

    • International: 7-21 business days (shipping charges apply based on destination)

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships with Dehlivery.  Dehlivery will also share delivery personnel contact details to your registered mobile before delivery attempt

  • Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Customs (International Orders): Customers are responsible for any customs or import charges.

  • Lost/Damaged Packages: Contact us within 48 hours at sonchi.enterprise@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 7030405666 with your order ID and unboxing video for quick resolution per our damage-only Returns Policy.
